the hotel's location is excellent. i had a room with functional amenities. there was almost every facility i needed (even a steam iron). the staff were mostly friendly, which i found pleasant.
the air conditioning in the room was not very effective. i was not comfortable during sleep.

the hotel features exceptional facilities, including an underground parking area accessed by a car elevator (quite impressive). i also noticed a museum/gallery space within the hotel; it seemed remarkable. i rate it highly.

the reception staff were really cute.
the air conditioning did not work very well , and the room felt warm. there was also a sewage smell that was quite noticeable after the first night , and it was only temporarily masked by room freshener. i was disappointed we couldn't resolve these issues for a more comfortable stay.
